A Podcast Made Me Cry

I listen to a fair number of podcasts—not an overwhelming amount—but I like to learn stuff from them and pass time on road trips listening to true crime pods. Well, last week I was feeling low and decided to try to take positive action towards feeling better, instead of leaning into feeling bad like I do sometimes. So I launched the podcast app and somehow discovered a podcast that I'm pretty sure just launched, made by a woman named Kelly Ryan. It's called "Aligned and Alive" and when I saw it, I was thinking, "that's exactly what I need some of right about now," so I listened. Well, 15 minutes in and I was crying. I don't know why, but there's something about it/her voice/her tempo... the MESSAGE - it made me FEEL some kind of way. But like good crying. Healing crying - which is crazy because it's only about 15 minutes long and I was in tears - then I heard Kelly say, "tears are cellular memory ready to be released!" Boom. It felt great. Let's see if it makes you cry - it will for sure make you feel ALIGNED and ALIVE! Go check it out and check out her Insta, too
