I'm here at the show and I've seen some amazing stuff. I'll give you the goods from today then update you before my TODAY Show hit Saturday morning.
Samsung has introduced their Samsung 8000 Series LED HDTV and it's amazing! This new form of picture technology called LEDuses LED lighting and brings the most beautifully clear image I've ever seen. It truly surpasses others and not only with it's image quality, especially when viewing fast action because it has a technology called Auto Motion Plus 240Hz but because of it's overall look with chrome exterior, and its slim 1-inch size. In fact, it's arguably the slimmest TVs ever made. I also love the extras on this set. It's Internet ready allowing you access to movies, email, web video and more, all in your living room making this an entertainment hub!
Next up is a very interesting concept that's revolutionizing the way we start up and shut down our PCs. This netbook of mine is a bit old and takes a very long time to to actually get up and running and often even longer shutting down. It's one of the most frustrating parts of my day! This downloadable web interface from Phoenix Technologies is appropriately called HyperSpace because it allows you to access the web within seconds of cracking open your screen or shut down with hyper speeds. It chooses an automatically connects to best avalibleavailable network on its own, which also saves you time and headache. Imagine it, no need to wait for your computer to boot up into Windows in order to get online. And because it uses less resources to run it also saves battery life to up to 30%.
I'm happy about the announcement here at CES that the iHomeAudio iH41 alarm clock and docking station is going to be iPhone compatible. Currently this is a great dock because it's designed specifically to take advantage of the wide screen video capabilities of your Touch or Nano. I like how you can prop it up and it knows how to change its orientation. Along with being able to charge your iPod this device allows you to wake up to your own play lists and even videos! What a great way to watch your favorite videos in bed without disturbing your significant other. It’s available on iHomeaudio.com for $79.99 and you can use the promo code CES20 to get an additional 20% off your entire order in January
Looking around at all of this new technology has me excited about what I'm going to be seeing up on eBay. All of the early adopters here are buzzing about getting this stuff up on eBay but what I'm looking for about the rocking deals they're going have on last years models!

I'm trying to learn the name of the software that brings photos, movies, etc. to your computer.
You mentioned it yesterday while talking to Lester Holt on Weekend Today.
